COMLED is mainly engaged in emergency and sensor LED lights such as LED vaporproof lights, LED tube batten lights, etc. The light source of the LED tube light is T8 tube, with single tube and double tube options. The protection degree of the PC cover is IP65 and IK08. In the installation, LED waterproof light is also very simple and convenient.
The surface mounting process is briefly described as follows:
Step 1:Drill holes and fix the mounting bracket to the ceiling with the given nails.
Step 2: Fix the LED weatherproof light pc base firmly on the mounting bracket.
Step 3: Put down the safety rope on the pc base, pass through the hole and fix the middle plate of the LED light.
Step 4: Connect the wire from the gland to the terminal, use a screwdriver to correctly connect the L N S three wire to the terminal.
Step 5: Tighten the safety rope, fully put the middle plate into the pc base of the led tube light, and tighten the safety buckle to prevent the middle plate from falling.
Step 6: Insert the T8 tube into the light slot without considering the direction of the tube.
Step 7: Close the transparent PC diffuser and conduct the power on test after ensuring that there is no error.
Note: The installation process must be carried out under the condition of external power failure to prevent the danger of electric leakage.
